ArtClass may use AI tools to help generate artwork titles, descriptions, stories, teacher notes, parent messages, and merchandise previews. AI output is intended to support teachers and families and may be reviewed or edited before use.

Users should not include sensitive information in optional notes beyond what is necessary for classroom or artwork purposes.

For European users, ArtClass may rely on contract where processing is necessary to provide the service.

We may rely on legitimate interests for platform security, service improvement, and family engagement.

We may rely on consent for optional marketing or certain communications where required.

We may rely on legal obligation for tax, accounting, compliance, and dispute handling.

Schools and educational organizations may provide authorization where applicable.

ArtClass is designed for school and family use. Student artwork and portfolio data may be uploaded by teachers, parents, or students depending on account role and permissions.

Schools and teachers are responsible for obtaining required permissions where applicable. Parents may access linked child portfolios.

We may share data with hosting and database providers, email providers, payment providers when payments are enabled, print and fulfillment partners, AI service providers for optional AI features, and legal authorities when required.

ArtClass does not sell student personal information.

Because ArtClass may use service providers in the United States and other countries, personal information may be processed outside the user’s country. Where required, ArtClass aims to use appropriate safeguards.

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accounts, support portfolios and orders, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Users may contact us to request deletion where applicable.
